We have en suite double rooms with air-conditioning and secure parking. Facilities include M-Net, DSTV, study tables, wireless internet access, personal safe, snack bar and fridge and fully equipped kitchenette in House Sparrow.
The dining room has a 10 seater table with server and a coach. Breakfast and dinner were served from the dining room area. Outside the guesthouse have 3 different garden set tables with a Weber for barbeque. The garden has a beautiful lawn and large trees for shading, all the rooms have one under shade parking, with remote control gates and a security guard on the premises.
We do shuttles from O.R Tambo International Airport daily.

To avoid any misunderstanding a booking constitutes a binding contract. All guests confirming a booking are held responsible for the payment of the accommodation and all extras that are used during their stay. We will seek compensation of any cancelled accommodation that cannot be rebooked, including premature curtailment of stay.
Check out time is from 10:00. Late check outs to be arranged prior to departure. Check outs after 10:00 will incur a surcharge of R50.00.
Breakfast is served from 06:30 until 09:00. Please fill in the breakfast menu the night before and hand it to the manager on duty. Dinner is served from 18:00 until 20:00. Please order dinner in the morning, after breakfast with the manager on duty.
Accommodation will automatically be cancelled if the 50% deposit is not received within 48 hours from making reservations.
The rest of the account is payable on arrival for private clients, corporate and travel agents are required to make pre-payment for the guest.
Deposits are not refundable in the event of cancellation, or non arrival.
No person other than those quoted for, are permitted to share the accommodation, if this should occur an extra charge of R400.00 per person per night would be added to account.
Cancellation policy
Less than 7 days, forfeit the full bill.
From 7 to 14 days, forfeit 75% of the deposit.
From 14 to 21 days, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
From 21 to 28 days, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
If a booking is cancelled well in advance, i.e. 30 days or more, a cancellation fee of 25% of total reservations bill, will be charged to cover the cost of our time and the administration work involved.
