Golfers Paradise - Cape Town Winelands Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive Cape Town
On arrival at Cape Town International Airport you will be met and transferred to your selected hotel. Spend the remainder of today at leisure, exploring the VA Waterfront.
Day 2: The Royal Cape Golf Club and Peninsula (B)
After breakfast, transfer to The Royal Cape Golf Club for a round of golf. This is the oldest golf club in South Africa. It is a demanding course with narrow fairways, strategically placed bunkers and fast greens. This afternoon we visit the scenic Cape Peninsula Nature Reserve, and ride the funicular to the viewpoint of the meeting place of the Two Oceans.
Day 3: Cape Winelands and Spier Golf Club (B)
This morning you are transferred to Stellenbosch, the second oldest town in South Africa, to play a round of golf at De Zalze Winelands Golf Estate at The Village at Spier. After your game of golf, sample some of the wines produced on the Spier Wine Estate.
Day 4: Cape Town (B)
Spend today relaxing. We recommend a trip up Table Mountain in the Cable Car (own account), for spectacular views of Table Bay and the city bowl.
Day 5: Depart Cape Town (B)
After breakfast today, check-out and transfer back to Cape Town International Airport, for your onward flight. Alternatively you could travel to Hermanus or the Garden Route, to experience the golf courses in these areas.
