Hotel Tofo is located right on Tofo Beach , two short steps from Tofo village centre, the Hotel Tofo mar is a magical and enchanting spot that will quickly seduce you.The recently remodelled hotel has eight double rooms and two executive suites on offer for its clients. Six of the double rooms come with two single beds with the remainder of the rooms each with a double be available.Six of our rooms have sea views. All rooms come with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, mosquito nets and telephone. Our restaurant operates all day every day, offering regional dishes such as the delicious “matapa” made from cassava leaves, peanut curry, spicy “piri-piri” chicken, grilled Spanish mackerel, crayfish and irresistible prawns. For conferences or banquet needs, the Tofo Room can be made available. The Hotel Bar, “Maningue Bar”, open from 6 am to 10pm , affords a magnificent view of Tofo Beach and the entire bay.In the evening the hotel veranda offers an ideal venue to enjoy live music, traditional dance or theater with Praia de Tofo as its backdrop. With over 12 different reefs to choose from and our affiliated PADI 5 Star IDC Centre, Diversity Scuba, as your guides, you are guaranteed to have the experience of a lifetime diving in the waters just off Tofo Beach. Diversity Scuba has dive package options for all levels and ages. If you are not yet a diver and want to try a little diving in Tofo, or get your basic diving qualification, Diversity Scuba can meet your needs. For the experienced diver who wants some challenging and rewarding dive experiences complete with Manta Rays and Whale sharks Tofo and Diversity Scuba is the place to be. Snorkelling The waters off Tofo Beach are home to the largest fish in the oceans – the Whale shark. While some periods of the year are better than others, it is possible to snorkel with Whale sharks throughout the year in Tofo. The two hour trip offers a fantastic opportunity to get in the water with the largest and most gentle fish in the seas. In addition, you may also see pods of dolphins, sea turtles, manta rays on the surface, and of course, humpback whales in the migration season between July and October.
