The Lakeside Tavern, which is licensed, is open on weekends and public holidays. The Lakeside Tavern also features braaing facilities and all braai packs are sold on the premises.
Waterworld
Waterworld, is a water sanctuary for nature lovers and adventure lovers alike, with an abundance of bird life where guests can relax and enjoy nature at its best. For the more adventurous Waterworld provides motorise boat trips and canoeing on the lake.
Calabash Restaurant
The Calabash Restaurant is comfortable and spacious, seating 82 patrons inside and 32 patrons outside, with décor that is distinctly African in design. The view is of the Nooitgedacht Dam and early evening dinners are often held Al Fresco style on the terrace.
The restaurant serves breakfast and dinner where guests can select a wide variety from the buffet and carvery station. Lunch is only served on weekends in the restaurant. Scrumptious English Breakfasts, croissants, bread rolls and a variety of jams, cheeses, fresh fruit and cereals are on offer. Additions include the ever-popular Mongolian Stir-Fry and a selection of mouth-watering casseroles. A similar buffet is served every evening and an a la carte menu is on offer at dinner.
A comprehensive wine list offers the best of South Africa's estate wines and is often augmented by a selection of special bottles from the cellar.

R80 from Pretoria, take left off ramp onto Ruth First (4km). Turn left at T-junction. Turn right 2.8 km, turn left 2.2km, turn left again. The route is clearly sign posted from the T-junction.
