Chobe National Park, Okavango Delta, Victoria Falls
This tour begins in Victoria Falls where you can try whitewater rafting, bungee jumping or visit the markets and the spectacular views of Victoria Falls National Park. We head to Chobe National Park in Botswana where we take a river cruise to watch elephants playing in and crossing the river only meters away.
This evening, take the opportunity to pack a small bag for your Okavango Delta experience. In the Delta you can photograph hippos and crocodiles from your Mokoro (dugout canoe) before we head to Khama Rhino Sanctuary where we will partake in a game drive. Our tour ends in Johannesburg. You can also choose to do this tour from Johannesburg to Victoria Falls.
Day 1 - Zimbabwe – Victoria Falls – Botswana – Kasane
Stand beside the “smoke that thunders” watching and listening as the roar of 546 m³ of water, minute by minute, plunges down into a 100 m deep gorge below. Besides the falls themselves there are numerous land and water based activities to keep you busy for a day or two prior to your tour beginning.
Day 2 - Kasane – Botswana
Established in 1968, the Chobe National Park covers approximately 11700 sq kms, encompassing floodplains, swamps and woodland. Take advantage of your time here by enjoying a game drive through the park, in search of vast herd of elephants and a multitude of antelope including the rare sable.
Day 3 - Gateway to the Delta
Today we enter Namibia and travel through the Caprivi Strip, crossing three national parks en-route to our next destination. A beautiful sunset awaits us at our camp situated on the panhandle of the delta. Please note: If you have not purchased the Activity Package you will stay behind at the accommodation during the Delta Excursion on the next two following days.
Day 4 - Okavango Delta
A scenic cruise is followed by a game drive that sees us arrive at our remote camp in the heart of the Delta. The afternoon we head out for our sunset cruise that ends with sundowners overlooking the waterways of the Delta.

Day 5 - Okavango Delta
An early start sees us head off on the crystal clear waters of the Okavango. Water lily beds and palm islands make for he most scenic of experiences. We make our way to one of the larger islands for our nature walk, where we have the possibility of seeing some of the abundant wildlife. A breakfast awaits us after our walk. We return to camp to relax before heading out on our afternoon sunset game drive.
Day 6 – Maun
A relaxing morning is followed by a game drive and a scenic flight back to Maun. The evening is spent reliving our Delta experience at camp.
Day 7 - Botswana – Tuli Block
Our accommodation tonight is situated in the area known as the Tuli Block, which is a narrow piece of land between Botswana and Zimbabwe and is renowned for it’s geographical features. Upon arrival at our overnight stop, we will enjoy a game drive through the reserve, which is home to many species of animals including giraffe, hippo, hyena, zebra and gemsbok.
Day 8 - South Africa – Johannesburg
Today we cross the border into South Africa and after quite a long, yet scenic drive we will arrive in Johannesburg. South Africa’s city of gold has much to offer and should not be underestimated as a travel destination.
