The space
Villa Coco is privately situated directly above the beach in a secure estate about 4km out of the village (and only 15 minute drive from the airport). It’s no more than 50m down the private beach path, through the gate and onto the long sweep of the Vilanculos beach.
The villa has 4 air conditioned bedrooms. Three master bedrooms with king size beds. One kids bedroom with a double bed and 2 bunk beds (sleeps max 4). All beds have mosquito nets. The villa has three bathrooms.
There is a large open plan living space which flows seamlessly onto the covered patio with a 10 seater dining table. The villa has a fully kitted kitchen (fridges, ice machine, freezers, dishwasher, washing machine and all appliances including an outside gas barbecue) as well as a games loft and pool table.
The villa has a swimming pool situated in a tropical garden, perfect for spending time at home if you tire of the beach.
All linen and towels for both beach and bathroom are provided. The house is fully serviced by our dedicated team. Sergio, our private chef, will do all the shopping and is on duty daily. Our two additional team members Jerry and Elena work Monday to Saturday (and can work Sunday by arrangement).
