Casa de Festa lies in the town of Ponta Do Ouro The extreme south of Mozambique, lying on the Mozambique Channel south of Maputo and just north of the border with South Africa. It is known for its beach, for its dolphins and for its offshore diving and deep-sea fishing. This beautiful self catering lodge can accommodate 2 seprate groups or one large group up to 24 people
The Outside chalets have 5 rooms each accommodating 2 people.
The sixth chalet that can accommodate 4 people which consists of a double bed and a bunk bed that sleeps 2.
This area has the use of communal, but separate, men's and ladies ablution
facilities. Each with a shower that has hot and cold water a toilet and a
basin. This area has the use of the lapa area that has a boma, dining area, 4
couches, a bar, a braai that can take both wood and charcoal and a kitchen
that has a fridge, chest deep freeze, stove/oven, deep fryer, basin and
cupboards. Basic pots, pans, glasses, cutlery and crockery are provided.
The house has 2 separate family units and a 3rd room that sleeps two.
One family unit has a main bed room with two single beds (they can be pushed
together to make a double) with a inter leading room that has two single
beds. The other family unit and has a main bed room with a double bed with a inter
leading room with a bunk that sleeps 3 (a double with a single bunk above
it). Each unit has a bathroom with a basin, shower and toilet with hot and cold
water. The 3rd room has two single beds and shares the ablutions of the 2nd family
unit.
There is a communal kitchen that has a fridge, chest freezer, stove, microwave, basin and cupboards. Basic pots, pans, glasses, cutlery and crockery are provided.
There is a communal dining area and the sun deck. The sun deck also has a braai that can take both wood and charcoal.
This area can sleep a max of 11 people but a min booking of 6 people will be
accepted out of high season.
