The Arcipelago of Zanzibar is located in front of the coast of Tanzania and is composed by the seductive island of Ungula, also called Zanzibar. Dongwe Ocean View is located about 65 kilometers from Stone Town and the airport , on the northern tip of the South East peninsula. It takes about 1 hour by car to get to the Resort from the airport.

My staying at Dongwe ocean view was fantastic, a combination of many things but mostly the view made it perfect. My room was on the top floor with a perfect view I could not ask for more to make sense of the name of the place. Very clean and the beach is at your steps...I enjoyed it a lot. The staff are very attentive and ready to assist you when needed

It was my first time in Zanzibar, But i a right to say this was my late decision. together with my girlfriend we decided to see far from our country and together we decided to go Dongwe Ocean View, We were all welcomed well with few staff as is low season and others were on Holiday, But our three nights there was too litlle.Management are well friendly, staff very helpfully.We all enjoyed.

We had a fantastic time at Dongwe - The staff were very helpful, the food was good and the location is beautiful, a dreamlike place. Our room was spacious with a fantastic sea view, comfortable bed and attractive decor. Overall It was a very relaxing stay and I would recommend it as either a holiday or a wedding venue (we were there to see our friends get married on the beach which was very beautiful)
