Olakira is the perfect camp to optimize your opportunity to view the migration. The camp is mobile and moves twice a year with the herds. Between June and November Olakira is set up in the unspoiled Bolongonja area in the Northern Serengeti. This area is close to the Mara River which gives you the opportunity to witness the Mara River Crossings – an opportunity of a lifetime. Between December and March the camp moves to the area east of Ndutu and just within the Ngorongoro Crater Conservation Area (NCAA) where the herds of wildebeest gather to give birth to their young. This position allows you freedom to move into the Southern Serengeti or within the NCCA. This property offers 8 spacious tents with king size beds. Each tent is complete with en suite bathrooms with flush toilets and showers. There is a separate dining area and lounge with breathtaking views of the Serengeti.
