Didn't get here till late in the day, however, tents were fantastic! Hot water bottles provided! Unfortunately, lots of noise from the animals, but hey, that's what we're here for!!! Great wildlife and the Chimp Sanctuary was fantastic!

I was here for a few days in June and I must say its a lovely place. There are some watering holes around the camp so when it's dry, animals come quite close and you can see them from the dining room. Fine, the dining room is a little crowded and it does serve quite a bit of Indian food which I didn't mind. The tents are fantastic, and each night house keeping comes to prepare your room for you by providing a hot water bottle. You can also go for an evening game drive - quite fun especially if you are going solo because it's not an activity that requires a group or visit the Chimp Sanctuary! For its class of hotel and what you pay, fantastic!

This was the second time my friend, her 2 year old daughter and I stayed at Sweetwaters and we loved it both times. The views are spectacular, with view of Mount Kenya opposite our tent, Number 5, perfect for the waterhole too where both times we saw Black Rhinos late in the evening. We found the tent clean with enough space, the beds comfortable and the water for the shower hot. The food is not outstanding but good, especially the Indian dishes. The staff was friendly and good with the little one. I would definitely go back anytime, great place not too far from Nairobi.
