Enjoying a evening braai where the back-round music is the sounds of the bush and the calls of the Jackals or for the more active, we offer horse trails, hikes and climbs in the mountains, horse and cart rides, with nemours internal cycle trails. Beautifully appointed Self-Catering Cottages & studios accommodating from 2 to 4 people comfortably, handling a total of 12 people sharing. Individually furnished and each cottage being uniquely designed with Victorian slipper baths and double showers, they all have fully equipped kitchens, as well as own braai areas. Shared pool area. Directions To Thaba Manzi Ranch

• Go to and follow N1 towards Roodepoort • Take 14th Avenue off ramp • Turn right at Robot • Go under both highways and turn right at Robots onto Hendrik Potgieter (M47) (Hyperama on left and Hill Fox Power Centre on right) • 14 Km, cross over fourway intersection. Road becomes the N14 (Pinehaven Sasol Garage on left) • 9,7 Km, turn right at T-Junction (Oak Tree Zennex Garage will be in front of you) • 700 metres turn left at Ventersdorp sign • 10 Km, turn right at fourway stop onto R24 Rustenburg • Continue straight past Tarlton Race track • After passing the Corri Loch Wedding Venue, cross over Magalies River Bridge • After crossing over the railway line at the entrance to Magaliesburg (Wimpy on left) • Go through Magaliesburg, you will pass Mount Grace and Lovers Roak on your right. Just carry on straight for about 16 km • You will also pass a sign that says New Thorndale on your left go straight. • Then you will see shops on your left go past up over the hill. • On your right you will see the Old Post Pub Maanhrraand go past it. Turn right onto the Marikana road (also marked Utopia, Mountain Sanctuary Park and Landof Guest House), travel 2.4 km along Marikana dirt road towards mountains, turn left onto the farm road marked RM9/RM10 (if you turn right here you would be going towards Hekpoort), after 200 mtrs on farm road you will see large green gates with horses heads on the pillars, enter here and drive down to the farm house – reception. We require a 50% deposit to be paid immediately to secure the booking, balance due is payable a week before you arrive, if in same month 100% deposit is required. There is also a R100.00 refundable Key deposit payable in cash on arrival. Also we asked that you set an amount aside just in case of breakages. Kindly note it is a real farm, so it come with bugs and farm animals. No deposits or full payments will be refunded, unless a replacement is found by the client. No refunds are given if client leaves the farm early or for whatever reason. Please note: Check in time is between 14:00 pm and 17:00 pm. We do not take check ins after 18:30 pm. Check out time is 10:00 am. Very important please check your units on check in and checkout, please also read the booklet with details that is in the unit.
