We stayed here for 5 nights as part of our honeymoon and loved it! Everything about this place is fantastic. The villas are lovely and each have a private banda on the beach which is great. The service is fantastic - so friendly and personal, they really couldn't do enough for you. The food was also excellent, the only criticism is that there was a bit too much of it and we often had to skip courses! The sundowner cocktails are also a really nice touch. On our last night, we had a private dinner on the beach which was just perfect and one of the best moments of our honeymoon. We were really sad to leave this place and will definitely return. Great for a romantic holiday or honeymoon!

White Sandy Beaches....Beautiful, Large Villas, Crystal Blue swimming pool, attentive, professional staff and fabulous fresh food....WOW - what more can I say about The Palms!? We spent a fantastic 5 days at The Palms after Gorilla Trekking in Rwanda and Safari in the Mara - what a fabulous way to end a perfect vacation. The Palms is top notch, first class all the way. We had impeccable service, the food was more than outstanding each and every meal (and I am very picky), our villa was pristine and gorgeous to say the least. The chef gave me his recipes for a traditional Swahili dinner which he made for us one evening - I wish I could take him home with me to teach me all his fabulous recipes. Each day it seemed we'd have a special treat, lunch on the beach, BBQ seafood lunch, special traditional dinner...we just loved our entire stay at The Palms - you have to pinch yourself because it is just so beautiful you can't believe your eyes!

after 4 days in South Africa(amazing) 5 days on Safari in Tanzania(unreal) no better place to go to wash off all that dust. 6 private huts with their own plunge pools--OMG!!!! incredibly friendly & accomodating staff-3 delicious meals a day-wine & drink a pleanty- low tide that went out for a mile,thru coral & fish,up to mid calf- white sandy beach for mile.. a real dream come true

I have traveled the world since I was young and never have I had such a great all around experience as at The Palms. I have stayed at the sister resort, Breezes and had high expectations. I was not disappointed. This is a luxury resort that has a high ratio of staff to guests. Every time I needed something someone was there to assist without being overbearing. The accommodations were straight out of a story book. I felt like a Sultan! Just the escape I was looking for! The food was amazing. Innovative and the wine suggestions were perfect. Very knowledgeable staff. When you travel to such an exotic place as Zanzibar you have many expectations. The Palms, their staff and the management fulfilled all of my expectations and more. Thank you so much for a dream come true!
