She is one of the grand old dames of the valley; a 100-and-something year-old manor house that guards Riebeek Kasteel’s south-eastern entrance on Hermon Road. Sam and Jacques recently re-vamped her from head to toe and decorated her with an eclectic mix of art and collectibles accumulated from around the world. She is spacious, airy and colourful. She is playful, provocative and if you stay a while you might get to hear some good old honkytonk on the bar piano whilst the locals gather for a happy hour drink.
