Tshugulu Lodge is found in a neighborhood where the large and dangerous like to roam and unguided walking is not permitted although guests occupying this luxury lodge have exclusive use of a 40km eco-trail, suitable only for 4x4’s. Tshugulu Lodge sleeps 14 people and must be booked completely by a single group, thus making it the ideal spot for intimate groups of people who enjoy gathering around the campfire to relive the days wildlife encounters. The diverse foliage, giant regal baobab and mashatu trees, riverine forests and allied plains provide a fascinating assortment of habitat to accommodate an array of wildlife such as Africa’s Big Five, the African elephant, lion, leopard, White and Black Rhino and Buffalo, amongst hundreds of other species as well as abundant bird-life including the rare Pel's Fishing Owl.

The lodge also offers a refreshing swimming pool for those that want to cool off.
