NATURE TRAILS At the Lodge we offer several trails for the exclusive use of our guests. Trails are used at your own risk. Extreme care should be taken when hiking any nature [slippery rocks, etc]. Wear comfortable walking shoes and take something warm to wear as our weather can change. All our trails are in a conservation area and we would like to remind you that you may only take photographs and leave behind your footprints. Dogs, fires and getting lost are strictly prohibited. Maps of the trails are available from Reception. POPULAR ATTRACTIONS IN THE AREA RESTAURANT AND BAR Our onsite cosy wooden Restaurant has a friendly and relaxed atmosphere and a large welcoming fireplace. Join us for a delicious home cooked meal. We serve a five course buffet dinner and a full English breakfast. Vegetarian option available, please confirm this with the front office on arrival. We also offer a fine selection of South African wines to enjoy with your dinner. Alternatively...We can provide you with all you need to enjoy a D.I.Y. BBQ at your own cabin. Lunch options include a simple snack menu, lunch pack (ideal for trails) or explore some of the local eateries. We are happy to cater for guests with special dietary requirements and reservations or the restaurant should be notified of special needs. The Bar is in the Restaurant and is open from 18h00. If you need anything before these hours, please visit our reception and we will be happy to assist. Please note that our restaurant is non-smoking. Guests with special seating requests must please inform reception well in advance. INTERNET CAFE Our Internet cafe and WI-FI is available to the public and guests. [WI-FI is available in all public areas reception and our Games Room / Lounge.] Internet vouchers available at reception. SWIMMING POOL The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of the Lodge’s guests only, and at your own risk. Please never let your children swim unattended. Please do not drink or eat in the swimming pool.
